it has something to do with fluid dynamics and he had "colored coded flow rate charts" (what is it called?) to show it. To me it makes sense that in a parallel setup, injectors are getting fed with a more stable flow of fuel since there fuel is only going through injectors 1,2,3 instead of doing it the serial way of going all the way through 1,2,3,4,5,6, so bascially fuel has a shorter distance to travel and be able to avoid the chance of decrease in flow rate/pressure. That is my guess, hope Nixit confirms or corrects this for me :-)
